What graphics card?

I want to play fifa 18 and will buy fifa 19 for pc. Iw ant to play it at the best visuals possible. Will an Evga gtx 1080 ftw provide much better graphics than my current graphics card? Is fifa worth playing on the pc or should I just get an xbox one x to play it? I play fifa on my samsung 32 inch smart full hd tv at a refresh rate of 60 hertz. I get tearing during cut scenes and replays and videos during the game play. Can I ajdust settings in the nvidia control panel and will I get better game performance upgrading to a gtx 1080?

My system is.....

Intel core i5 6600k,
Asaus maximus viii formula,
G.skills trident z 8 gb,
Evga gtx 770 super clocked

1080 is 4 times more powerful than you current gtx770. Really big upgrade, not just for Fifa, but for everything too.

fifa is not a hard game to run the 770 is more than enough

getting a better gpu will do nothing about tearing

you need to turn on adaptive vsync

Where is adaptive vsync to turn on???? Would i get better graphics by upgrading??

you get more gpu power, if you are already running the game on the highest settings then no you dont get better graphics

vsync is an option under the nvidia console

Ahh is it in the nvidia control panel. If I want to start playing fifa in 4k will i need to get a gtx 1080?

4k? Then yes you will most likely need more gpu power

Would you recommend a gtx 1080 or could i go lower like a gtx 1070 or gtx 1060? fifa 18 at 4k locked at 60 htz

By the way the Nvidia GTX 1080 will be the FTW card. Will that be better than just the 1080?
