Hi guys. I know for switches it's mostly preference but are the speed of the switches really that noticeable? I am used to the G910 and I just got a k95 with the mx brown on a good deal for 150. It's a beautiful board but I feel like it's less responsible than my Logitech board. Also a lot slower than the razer yellow switches that I used to have. I wonder if it's just in my head because of the marketing and etc. If it really was that much faster wouldn't all pro gamers use speed switches? I am pretty sure most of them like greens and blues no?

If your logitech had Romer-G switches, the reason they felt more responsive was the lower actuation point (1.5mm vs 2mm for standard MX-type). The Razer yellow switch actuation is 1.2mm (source, just click on the yellow switch and scroll down).

So it may be you have a preference for low-profile switches, and I also do and recently purchased a budget board (the GoFreeTech ASIN:B0789C52WX) which uses generic ETT brand of low-profile brown switches.
