--NEED HELP-- Mother Board Won't Display Video But Fans Work Fine

I recently got some parts from an old friend and when I tried to use them the fans spin up but no video output

One stick of RAM does not appear to be pushed all the way down in it's slot. Double check all the memory slot clips are fully closed.
