Hi, recently I've purchased a gaming rig HERE but didn't realize it had no cooling system and my rig temptuer keep on reaching 90c, I'm scared my rig will be damage on a long term without a cooling system, so, please help me pick a cooling system and what best fit my case and motherboard for my rig as I'm new to this stuff and tried googling it but couldn't find a solution. (It has 2 front fans and 1 back fan)

My Specs:
Asus Prime Z270-P
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB GDDR5X
Intel Core i7 7th Gen 7700K (4.20 GHz)
16 GB DDR4
2 TB HDD 240 GB SSD
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
Cooler Master CM 590 III

Is your CPU temperature reaching 90c or your GPU? and is that idle temperature, or while you're actively gaming?

If it's the CPU, you could possibly upgrade the cooling fan to something really nice such as this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608045&ignorebbr=1
That's basically the best air cooling you can get. I'd also suggest using this thermal paste: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4RE6M28090&cm_re=grizzly_kryonaut-_-2S7-00A9-00013-_-Product
(you can find the paste cheaper if you shop around - but it is the best available)

You can also switch to water cooling for either the CPU or GPU(or both). There's different ways of doing that as well... but it can be pricey depending on which...

my CPU reach 90c while gaming and GPU reach 70c, will this fan fit perfectly ? will my rig need more than 1 fan ?, would reapplying thermal paste again damage my CPU ?
thank you for replying :)

It will fit just fine in that case. Not sure how many fans come inside the case... but you might be able to fit 1 or 2 more behind the front panel(would most likely require pulling off the front panel for access)… and you may be able to fit 1 or 2 up top inside the case. It's hard to tell from the photos. Fan size wise, you'd most likely be looking at 120mm fans(not sure if 140's will fit properly).
As for re-applying... no. As long as you do it properly, you could re-apply 100's or even 1,000's of times(but no one's that crazy).
