Would this PSU be enough for my configuration?

Hi guys. I've built a midranger a few months ago and put in my old PSU (unbranded) in it. Lately I've decided to buy a new one, but the budget is very tight (and not looking to be any better any time soon). So, I found this one available in my country:

Also, this one is $20 more expensive, so if you think it's better enough than the first one, please share:

I was wondering if it was good enough for my PC:

Biostar H67MU3
Intel Core i5-3470
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB)
8GB DDR3 RAM
19'' LCD monitor
Cougar DeathFireX Keyboard
HyperX Pulsefire Mouse

Thanks in advance guys!

Go for it. Same platform but with modular cables. Usually the M12 costs more.

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, my budget is around $60.
The EVGA 430 W1 is $60.

Most of the sellers in my country sell on OLX.ba, it's something like ebay.
Local stores only offer stuff like MSI, LC Power, Spire etc. and I try to not buy that stuff. It's also expensive for better models, even the MS chinese knockoffs.
The only better models that fit into this price range are used PSU's, but they're also around 60-80 dollars, and I don't know how smart it is to buy a used PSU...

Is M12 II better than this one? The seller doesn't have s12, but is offering M12 for the same price.
