hey guys i have a quick maybe dumb question , my computer is idk maybe 10 seconds slower than its original boot time which is pretty fast i dont have an exact time to give but its quick is there a reason to why my pc slows down when a usb or etc is plugged in and i turned off boot from usb from the bios ? any help would be nice thanks
