Quite recently I have purchased Seagate’s Xbox one hard drive. I have had it for about 4 days now and yesterday while I was downloading a game the drive stopped working. It gets recognized by my laptop but not the Xbox, plus the light doesn’t light up at all. I can feel it running normally but it won’t light up. To add to that, the light doesn’t show up when I plug it into the computer but the laptop still acknowledges that there is a hard drive plugged into it
