My build atm:
GTX950 2GB
I5 7500 running with stock cooler
Hyperx 16gb ddr4 2400mhz fury bl
msi z170a gaming pro carbon
meshify C case

I currently bought a new monitor so now im running a 2 1080p monitors, one with 144hz and another with 60hz.
The 144hz is used mostly for gaming and the 2nd i usually use to watch some twitch streams and videos while im playing. Kinda wanna be playing games atleast at 120hz while being able to keep doing the same (watching streams and videos).
Most games i play are Path of Exile/Warframe/Paladins and League once in a while, mostly Path of Exile..
While i do wanna upgrade some stuff, mostly my gpu, i wanna be somewhat future proof so im trying to get the best i can without going too crazy.. Brands (amd/intel/nvidia) dont really matter to me so just tell me whats the best value/money at the moment

Forgot to say that my 144hz monitor has free sync so amd could be a thing?

You have a relatively well balanced pc right now.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

Assuming you upgrade the graphics card, make it a good jump or you may be disappointed if you do not see big results.
That would be a GTX1060 6gb or even a GTX1070.

If you are in doubt, buy a EVGA GTX1060. They have a free trade up option if you decide to go GTX1070 within 90 days.

Freesync and the nvidia gsync use the monitor to synchronize the graphics card output capability with the monitor refresh rate capability.
That is a good thing to eliminate screen tearing stuttering and input lag.
Fortunately, the nvidia GTX10xx cards have something called adaptive vsync which accomplishes much the same thing via buffering.

Also, do not rely on vram specs for decisions.
vram is used very differently in amd or nvidia drivers. The vram you get will be matched to the capability of the graphics card.

You may find that you are somewhat core speed limited.
In that case you may need a I5-7600K or I7-7700K

Yeah i was thinking about upgrading to a rx 580 8gb or a 1070ti(ti version only costs like 30bucks more where i live so i think its just better to get it instead of a normal version), but i get a 1070ti it would probably bottleneck my cpu right?
