Windows Lag/Freeze problem

hello so a couple of days ago windows just starded to lag a lot and freeze..did literally everything clearing and no virus in the system as i know of!i thought it was an ssd or hard drive problem so i checked the usage with these examples!any help?

do a virus check(malwarebytes)
And that app or process shouldn't be there,never saw it myself
And what windows do you have?if you have 7 then you need to put another one,best option being 8(or 8.1),my laptop does that with 7,so I switched to 8.1
