Do I need a better psu?

I have a i7 8700k overcooked to 4.8
H100i v2 water cooling
ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING Motherboard
Corsair - Vengeance LED 2x8GB
DDR4-3000
1ssd
1 1tb 7200 hard drive
970pro 500gb Samsung nve see
Corsair - CXM 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX
Currently using a gtx970
3 extra 120mm fans

Wanted to upgrade to:
EVGA - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB FTW3 HYBRID GAMING

And overclock it to 2100. ( if I have some silicone lottery luck)

While the PSU will handle the load, I'd upgrade. You've got a lot of expensive equipment in there and a pretty low end PSU.

Going cheap on the PSU is never a good idea. Go for 80+ Gold as a minimum. The Corsair RM line is pretty solid and there are other PSUs that are equally solid.
