So I've decided to build a budget gaming pc for around 600$.
Here is what I want to buy:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412R
Motherboard: ASRock A320M
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz Kingston
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050Ti Asus 4GB GDDR5
Case: Chieftec CQ-01B-U3-OP
PSU: Chieftec GPA-500S8 500W

What are your opinions of it? Is it any good? Do you have some suggestions and should i change something?

It's okay, but the PSU concerns me. You don't actually need a cooler, but you could get one if you wanted and had the budget for it. I would go with a B350 motherboard just for the memory and CPU OC'ing capabilities. I would get a better power supply. The 300 series AMD motherboards may require a BIOS update, which would require a separate compatible CPU. https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ryzen-AM4-System-Bootup.aspx

If I were building a $600 or less AMD system, here's what it would look like.

Don't buy a Ryzen APU build when you can buy a Ryzen 5 Cpu plus Gtx1060 Gpu build for almost the same price.

That's it. If it's over budget then you should be able to find a cheaper RX 580 or if you have to an RX 570.
Cheap RX 580 right now https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/gyNypg,q8cMnQ,KQQRsY/

*UDPATE: Your build has rebates included in price. Here's another attempt at a $600 gaming build without rebates included.

*I would personally prefer the Ryzen 3 1200 simply because I wouldn't have to wait and hope AMD would send me a compatible CPU to install the bios update.

Congrats you just suggested a ticking time bomb, that PSU choice is horrible. The PSU is a very bad place to skimp and that's exactly what you did.
The CX450m is a much better unit and only $5 more before and after MIRs

Also the 2200g is the same price and a faster CPU.
