Are you having any issues that require a BIOS update?
Is not a good idea to update the BIOS if the system is already running fine.

After that little note...Yes you can update to any version that is available for your motherboard.
Save the BIOS to USB disk (FAT32 format).
Press the F2 key during POST to get into BIOS setup menu (you could also get into the BIOS and then press the F6 key).
Select the Instant Flash utility under the TOOL menu.
ASRock Instant Flash will automatically detect and only list those BIOS versions which are compatible for your...
