Hello, I am a gamer and I play casual games like CSGO, WOT, R6S, Fortnite. With my build I can run CSGO at 80fps very low setting and fortnite very low setting 50fps. I do not have a graphics card because I play on integred GPU. I have only something arround 100 dollars.
This is my build
Intel pentium G4600
MSI B250M PRO-VD
Seagate BarraCuda 1TB
SilentiumPC Brutus M10
Patriot 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL17 Signature Line
Evga 430W
What will be best choice for graphics card for me?

Solution
They should spice up their reviews and dress up like someone who's on safari and throw a net over the video card. Would be cool if he said "crikey!" when the video card worked.
At $100 right now, with prices as they are, something like a GT 1030 DDR5 or GTX 750 Ti would be your best bet. The GTX 750 Ti would be a used card, for $100 or less the GT 1030 is pretty much the only choice in new cards.

The 1030 is not even entry level for gaming, however it would be decent for the games you list. Since it has its own memory it will improve your gaming experience all around. Just avoid the DDR4 version of this card.

Saving up for a 1050 is highly recommended if possible.

Definitely a fake card. The GTX 10xx series cards do not support VGA.

Those are either Chinese or Russian "modified" cards. They usually pop up on sites like aliexpress. I recall there's some youtube videos of someone buying an assortment of these cards and testing them out. They at least work... although personally I'd rather have a genuine original.

I'm not so sure but what Linus recommends on his site may not fit in with our rules in Tom's.

If enough regular members post here that they bought one and it's fine, we'll reconsider hosting a link.
