is it possible to get higher clocks and tighter timings with these modules ,

Specs : Asus Prime x470 Pro mobo

CPU : Ryzen 7 2700x

RAM : Gskill Trident Z RGB 3200 ( OC'd @ 3200) Timings : 16 18 18 38 75

Maybe, maybe not. Just like all modern day digital computers, some can be pushed further than others.

3200MHz is already a really good speed, you can try 3466mhz on the same timings but you'll probably get better performance by trying to lower both primary and sub timings.

However, as I said already, 3200MHz is pretty quick already. Memory speed doesn't matter as much on Ryzen 2000 chips according to benchmarks I've seen. So I personally would just leave it.
