Well i have 2700x(stock cooler) 1060strix, s340 case. my pc makes such annoying noise, not to mention when it does heavy workload/gaming, looks like its gonna become jet engine.

anyway i can't stand it anymore and am looking to minimize sound without breaking budged.

i was thinking to get

-Dark Rock Pro 3/4 cpu cooler
-FRACTAL DESIGN Define C or FRACTAL DESIGN Define R6, might go for C one to save some money.
- and still not sure what fanless psu to get, cause now am using some cheap one whit fan. 750w.

most likely will go whit no window version case and put my pc under table.

so yeh that's my plan what you think? maybe i could go for cheaper cooler or smth, your recommendations?

Keeping your case intact, you should look into Be Quiet!'s fans. Three or four of them though I'm sure the top fan will be moot once you get a large cooler in that chassis.

You could likewise look into getting an AIO, 240mm and have it at the front. The top and rear fans locations can be mounted with Noctua's fans. The same can be done for the front mounted radiator.

Please list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:

Seems like its not sold in my potato country :(

Agree case isn’t the issue.

- yes on the dark rock 3 since cryorig not available (will still need to check your bios for fan control and adjust the curve for quiet)
— but, check fan controls first - that wraith spire is supposed to pretty decent

- used psu needs to go but not fanless replacement - fan off til load is better (like seasonic in my sig (very quiet)

- check the Strix software for the 1060, should be quiet setting there or manual fan curve

- move top to front intake, put case under desk anyway

Should be able to make this a lot quieter without spending lot of money

I tried fan curves profiles, the AMD cooler is not bad when you do nothing, but when you open photoshop or anything more demanding its goes up ( and i mostly keep photoshop/lightroom open because i work whit them so i can always hear fans. about 1060, the fans not working when i don't use it so i think gpu is not problem.

i think CPU and maybe PSU is main things that annoy me cause i tried to set case/cpu fan on slowest but i can still hear them.
