While this happens, my router's internet and WiFi lights blinking madly :(

And yeah 88ms is normal here in Iran. Only problem is those spikes.
Make my happy by suggesting a solution <3

You need to do better testing to see where the problem is. All your ping to 8.8.8.8 says is something is broken between your house and the google dns server.

Run a tracert to 8.8.8.8

Then open multiple cmd windows and constant ping some of the hops in the trace. The most important ones are hop 1 hop 2 and the 8.8.8.8 ip. Hop 1 is your router and if you see issues their you have a problem with your pc or the router. If that is good but hop 2 is bad that means there is a issue with connection between your house and the ISP.

You can test other hops in the trace but it may not do much good if the problem is outside your ISP network. The problems could be in another country in your case. Luckily most problems are in hop 1 or...

It's been a month I bought this router.
There was no problem for 10 days , after that I faced this problem.
router Is cool and not even over heating and there is no dust in it.
Is it normal to internet and WiFi light blinking like 2 times in a second?
