Half-life. Probably one of my favourite all time games - especially the multiplayer. Just wondering if any of you guys ever replay (very) old favourites on much newer PC's?

Even though it looks really dated, it still looks great I think..

In addition to Black Mesa(which is currently $19.99 on Steam), there's another good free HL2 based game called "Tansmissions: Element 120" on Steam that's also pretty good. The gravity gun has a fun mod to it.
If you want old fashioned HL1 graphics in a bizarre multi-player "adventure", I'd also suggest trying out Sven Co-op. It's also free on Steam.

I see there's also a mod called "Half Life 2 Downfall". I have not tried that one yet but plan to do so(possibly tonight).

Trying to get Warcraft II - The Tides of Darkness running on DosBox 0.74, but I cannot adjust the scroll rate, which is too fast. Everything I find online says to increase the scroll number or decrease the cycles in the setup file, but that hasn't worked for me (Win 10).

If you like Half Life, you should try the Half Life Black Mesa mod. It basically updates the game to the engine used for Half Life 2 with all new HL2 level textures.

The first release of it was not fully finished, and it got laggy toward the end of what was completed. I'm not sure if they fully finished and optimized it, but it's worth a shot to check.
