Sata to 6 pin

Hello,today i bought a gtx 950 and i didn t knew i need to have a 6 pin,and my psu doesn't have that cable.It's a 500w no name,but i have an i3 6100 and this gpu and i think it will be enough.The question is,if i buy this adapter

I will have problems?Some people say that if the psu doesn t have that cables it not designed to to that.Can i get your help?

Well...that's a quick way to kill some or all of your parts.

The SATA output does not have the power to run all or part of a GPU.
Trying to use that "adapter" may kill the PSU.
Being a no-name PSU, it may take other things with it as it dies.

You need a better PSU.
