Hi there. I have Asus A55BM-E Mobo with 2704 Bios version, 2x4 8GB RAM, AMD X4 860K Cpu.
When I open Bios, it's showing both rams with brand, frequency etc. I mean Bios sees all rams, that's okay. But it shows 4gb on the Total Memory section. When I open Task Manager in Windows 10 64Bit, it shows "Usable Memory 3,91GB". But it shows "8GB DDR3" on the upright corner.
Then I removed one Ram. I put a Ram closest slot to the cpu. Pc worked and display appeared. Then I put same Ram to the other slot(second slot). Pc worked but there was nothing on the display.
I thought "If second slot is damaged, Bios couldn't see the ram in the second slot." But when I put any Ram on the second slot nothing appears on display.
I'm waiting for your help.

All right, I changed my motherboard to MSI A68HM-P33 V2. And the problem still goes on. I don't get it. Why did this happen?
My memories are the same. Both memories are Kingston KVR13N9S8/4. I think my mobo doesn't support my rams. But my previous Mobo supports my rams according to Memory Support Manual. But the problem goes on both boards. Any suggestions?
