I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere & the support document seems to be outdated on their website so any input would be appreciated.

I want to build a system based on the Threadripper 1950X and run Citrix Xenserver.

The aim is to use this as a test machine for an AMD S7150x2 GPU virtulisation server

Then I would convert the Threadripper it into a workstation & buy the £12000 virtulisation server.

Can I do this, will it support & run correctly?

Any help + comments appreciated.

If the hardware is not listed on the Hardware Compatibility List, it is not certified and supported, it doesn;t mean it wont run but you will not get full support from Citrix, they might try to give you some support but probably tell you your hardware is not officially supported and can close the ticket without a resolution. If you are about to spend a lot of money on a server I would stay with hardware that have been certified by Citrix.

I have seen this page but it is not listed however forum posts ect suggest it will run so I presume outdated?

Need to find a solid confirmation of if it will run or not.
