Best router under 20 euro?

Hi, I'm looking for a router, and I'm willing to spend up to 20 euro. Preferably, it should be dual band, at least AC1200, it should also have a relatively strong signal (I live in a flat with thick walls), and (this may be asking too much, so it's optional) a SIM slot. I don't mind wether it is new, refurbished or used as long as it is completely functional.

Also, I have come across this router on eBay, but it looks suspiciously cheap, do You think it's reliable?

Xiami's aren't good nor are they bad. They just chug along and eventually give up when you least expect them to. On another note, you're asking for a little too much for that little budget. You should be able to find a healthy router from Asus's portfolio if you went with a 80USD budget. I'd suggest the RT-AC55UHP to begin with.
