I have Samsung 2400mhz PC-19200 16gb ECC unbuffered ram that isn't altered by manufacturer, i.e it's JEDEC standard.

But the board I want to use with it (Asrock x470 Taichi) doesn't have the specific ram on its QVL.

Will it work?

The answer is a definite 'Maybe'!
Not being on the QVL simply means that Asrock didn't test it on that motherboard. The manufacturer can't test EVERY combination of ram.

Look on the ram manufacturer's website, and put your motherboard in the memory selection tool. If the ram manufacturer has tested that ram in that motherboard, it will be listed. If it IS listed as compatible, then you should be good to go.
That being said, Ryzen is pretty picky about, and likes fast(3000+MHz) ram.
The ECC part may be an issue, depending on which Ryzen CPU you have.

It's straight from Samsung. It doesn't come with any other label (Crucial, Gskill, Corsair, etc).
Their website only seem to have technical detail (https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/dram/module/)

Your only recourse then is to try it.
It will either work or not. Can you exchange it for memory that IS on the QVL?
