All,

I am unable to utilize all of my RAM speed for my computer. Any time I try to manually set my speed and timing I reboot and either it won’t boot or it boot to a Windows screen with an instability error. I have also tried the D.O.C.P profile with no luck. Any help or is it a compatibility issue?

Thank you,
Mike

I have tried that as well.. there are also some ez tuning options (I.e. energy saving, normal, and extreme or whatever). I do know that the memory I picked is not on the QVL for my mobo. Does my processor affect it? It says it supports 2667mhz memory. I am pretty sure I have read that other people have been able to get full use out of their RAM. Just can’t figure this out.

It’s running at 2666mhz. I can’t get screen shots right now. I was just trying to figure out whether it is a compatibility issue or a bios settings issue. I will be able to look into it more on Friday.

So when I go into bios there is no option for XMP.. the only option is d.o.c.p.. when I load that profile it will not boot.. after 3 attempts it boots in safe mode and I have to revert.
