Kinda silly question, even more when you say that you've seen similar to yours..

Anyway, here's your answer, it MIGHT be, a quick search on your graphics card manufacturer website revealed that your Nvidia GRAPHICS card consumes a lot of power
- 145W - is the amount of power it usually might use.
- and the recommended System Power is 500W - Not sure how efficient that PSU is, but it's almost always better to have a little extra power.

But i really doubt that that game uses your GPU at the max LOL

What you need to check out, are your GPU temperatures, the unit might get too HOT and that would explain your random restarts.

so my max heat temp is 74-75 when playing fortnite

Those are acceptable temps, nothing wrong.
When you play "Fortnite" how much time would you estimate it takes to get a random restart ?? is totally random, like it restarts instantly and sometimes over 10-30 minutes.

Also make a individual stress test to each part of your machine with a free software called "AIDA64"
That is - CPU - RAM - GPU - and than altogether (even HDD optional) and monitor temps.
this might take some time but it's definitely worth it, just to exclude hardware errors.
i'll check back to you later.

Exactly, sometimes its right in the first 5-10 min and sometimes after 30 min

Try and STRESS test your machine, with "AIDA64" the free version will do, it's a very useful software, after u finish installing, run it, click on "Tools" and select "Stability stress test" select which components you'd like to stress but try first each component individually how long the test should be is up to you, i recommend at least 10 or 15 minutes for each. basically if your game can crash your PC while under load so can this software, so if one fails during test, you've most likely found the culprit.
When finished with the individual tests, combine all components in the software and stress them for another 10 minutes at least and while doing that, at the left side of the software, there's the menu bar, click on "COMPUTER" and look for "SENSOR", if your machine's PSU supports that option, you'd be able to see how much wattage/voltage is being used while under load, if you can, make a screenshot or take a picture of that list and post it in here.

Besides this, you haven't done any Overclocking/undervolting on your system and have forgot about or anything, right ?

I did an overclock in nvidia inspector i lowered the precentage of the power and temp target to 90% from 100%

Okay, hopefully it will work out for ya. I also have a trash PSU too (seriously) and it's running flawlessly since 6 years.
