Hello tech users,
I'm trying tot play older games on my laptop, games which are not available on my PS4. Such as BF3, GTA 4, etc..
My specs:
Toshiba Satelliet S50-B-136
Intel i5 Q-Core 2.4mhz
AMD Radeon R7 M260
Samsung EVO 860 SSD 250GB
1x 4GB ram stick 1600mhz DDR3L
BF3 and GTA 4 run pretty stable at 1080p with 22-32 FPS (sometimes with dips to 17). Is use 1x standard 4GB 1600mhz RAM. If I buy a Kingston HyperX 1600mhz DDR3L RAM set (2x 4GB), Will this improve my FPS to a stable 30 FPS without dips to 17-22 FPS?
I heard it will not improve drasticly, but since I only need like an extra 8-10 FPS I think it will work..
Can anyone tell me if upgrading to this HyperX RAM in dual channel Will improve my FPS?
