I currently have an asetek 550lc installed but have decided to switch to a Captain 120EX. The backplate has "threaded metal inserts" and two of them slide easily out of my motherboard but the other two do not so I'm unable to remove the backplate. I have tried forcing them as far as I feel comfortable but they still won't come out.
