I have been having issues with my first custom-built PC. I have an Aorus Z370 Gaming 5 motherboard, and the two numbers on the MB light up, and they change, and the lights of my case fans which are connected to my power supply light up as well, but my pc does not boot up.

It does not boot up, and I have just had so many issues with this pc. At first, my pc would constantly get BSODs for memory management, less than equal, and then those stopped happening, and then my computer just froze at times, and now I can not get it to boot up at all.

So overall, the computer can not boot up, and if it does, it will freeze within 20 minutes. I have not been able to download all the drivers it may need for the motherboard or GFX card, but now I can't get it to boot up.

MB: Aorus Gaming Z370 Gaming 5
CPU: i7 8700k
Ram: G-Skill Ripjaws 16gb (2x8) DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Intel Z170 (in slots 1 & 3, and ive tried 1 & 2)
650W EVGA power supply
1 TB Western Digital HDD
512 GB SSD Western Digital Black

Any advice for what to do would be appreciated! Thank you!!

So, when I first setup the PC, I did not download the drivers or anything from the CD the MB came with, so I am not sure if I have anything from the MB to download drivers with. My computer usually can not start, and after a few hours of turning on and off, I got it to boot, and I tried downloading everything but then my screen froze. When my screen freezes and I try to turn off my computer, I have to hold the power button to turn it off, and when I do, the motherboard LED remains on. When I am trying to boot up my computer, the LED normally does not turn on, and just the digital numbers of the MB and my case fans turn on. Only when the LED lights of the MB turn on, do I know the computer is gonna boot up, so what might be the issue?

I also don't know if my computer is going to boot up. Normally, it will sit there, unable to boot up, and then it resets itself by turning off all the power, and then trying to start again, and then resets again. It will boot up once after a couple of hours, and then it freezes within 20 minutes. I tried rearranging my RAM, and using different amounts, but no dice. Not sure where to go from here ;-;
