Tutle pretty much sums it up. Ive tried resetting the bios and replacing the battery and none of them work. I cant update or reflash the bios because my motherboard is old and hp cancelled the support for it.
Any ideas?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. In your case, (if you didn't post in the system's section by mistake) is to include the SKU to your HP prebuilt system.

What OS are you on? Have you tried removing all connections to your system and removing the CMOS battery, then pressing down on the power button to discharge it?
