My PC specs: i5 7400, B250M-K and I got a single DDR4 2133 module. Is it possible to run it at 2400mhz?

Solution

No one can answer that with 100% certainty. I have done it many times and jthe worse it happened was system unstability, which goes away by undoing the changes.

Any OC requires that you run components outside recommended specs.
If you are doing it for the experience then is fine but you won't notice any performance gains (1-2% maybe)
If that is not worth your time, then don't take any chances.

You could bring it up to 2400mhz (Do it at your own risk)
Change BIOS to Advance Mode and select Ai Tweaker.
Change Dram frequency from Auto to DDR4-2400mhz.
Click Exit , Save changes and Reset.
Test your system for stability.

What's the risk could happen? Will it kill the RAM?

Thanks for your answer! Actually I'm planning to get another DDR4 2400 RAM stick and I want to make sure both of them can run at the maximum speed.

The opposite will happen, the DDR4 2400MHz RAM will default to the DDR4 2133MHz RAM speed when running in dual channel mode.
You might be able to OC the 2133MHz RAM to match the DDR4 2133MHz RAM speed in dual channel mode but is not guaranteed that they will work together. It is not recommended to run different RAM speeds because it could cause issues.
You will find out when you try.
