Dram Led No Signal!

When I start my PC the CPU Led turns on for like .5 seconds then the Dram Led 3 seconds

MSI GTX 1060 3GB
2x4 Gb Geil Pristine
Intel Core i5 6600k 3.5GHz
MSI B250M Gaming Pro

(Edit: The Dram LED stays on after taking out sticks.)

What are the specs of your memory modules?

Do you have an overclock configured on your CPU?

What settings are configured for the memory in the bios?

Did this system ever POST at all or is this a brand new built that has never been able to POST and get to the bios?

Have you consulted the user manual to make sure the memory is in the correct slots for the number of modules being used and have you made efforts to be sure the memory is fully seated?

Have you pulled the CPU to make sure you didn't bend any pins during installation?

Is there a CPU fan installed AND connected to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard?

Yes this system has worked before, all this started after an overheat. I have had this system for a while now and this is a relatively new board (2 months old.) I have reseated the ram and cpu and GUESS WHAT? The corners of the CPU were bent (Skylake CPUS) typical.
