I have 2 nividia geforce 1080ti, asrock killer z270, i7-7700k core processor, 850 EVGA PSU, 2-8GB Gskill tridentz, 1TB Samsung, 212 ego cooler master cpu cooler....
brand new computer first build I've done besides my 6 GPU rx 580 mining rig I had help on

I got this new computer up and running I used DDU in safe mode with 2 GPUs plugged in it worked fine at first I turned off all setting that I needed in order to mine and it strewed to mine Zcash for a minute.
I wanted to use MSi to OC my SLi GPU that were working. I tried to adjust both GPUs but it wouldn't recognize the second GPU. I updated driver in device manger, I've tried uninstalling both GPU drivers using the latest DDU. But I want to do it in safe mode so I don't destroy 2k of GPU or cause more of a headache

So I unplugged 1 GPU and put the one that looked like it had no bios on it in the first slot on my motherboard. I run my ddu in safe mode and

when it restarts it makes me type in my password it made me make after I chose to have no password
And when it opens the desktop it says I'm not connected to the internet and I try to run DDU since it's not already up and I click it and the file can't be accessed by the system.

What did I mess up or do wrong through the intro process... should I put the other GPU in and run it without safe mode? Then reinstall newest drivers that are already in my desktop

I'm going to attempt to retry to remove passwords for a second time assuming that's why it won't reboot in safe mode and pull up DDU automatically
