Phenom x4 965 too hot

I have the phenom x4 965 it is 4 years old now.

I am having problem with overheating.

Idle:60-65C
Full load and half load I get: 90+C

I was searching a lot of solutions but I have not really found one. I cleared the dust off the cooler, reapplied the thermal paste, lower the voltage, lower the CPU frequency, softwares etc.

Can you guys help with it?

If you're sure of those temps, the CPU is probably throttling before 90C, meaning it isn't providing full performance. Assuming it isn't a dying core, you can go with the Cooler Master 212 EVO if you want to keep cost low and still get a great cooler. It's on sale for a few more days.
