Excuse me if I’m putting this in the wrong place, move it if so I apologise.
Right so basically, I recently joint Virgin Media Vivid (FibreOptic) and since, on my computer it won’t connect to the new wifi, i can hotspot my phone and it connects to that fine, it’s just the new VM

Ethernet doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

Solution
most of the time, ISp installed Routers have the password to the SSID wireless network labeled under the router itself, look for that
otherwise if your the owner of the router and cannot connect to the router then you need to call virgin ISp and ask them for help .

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Charliee : "Virgin Media Denying connection"

I made this post last night, seems nobody saw it or felt like answering it..
I recently joined virgin media and since I’ve been having connectivity issues,
every time I type the password into the computer
(I’m running Win7 64-Bit)
It’ll either say: wrong password
Windows can not connect to this network
Or if it’s added manually it’ll say the settings on the router are wrong for this computer.

I can hotspot my phone and it’ll connect to that perfectly, Ive also tried Ethernet into the computer for it not to be picked up, to the extent that I cannot find the Ethernet cable in device manager or adapter settings.

Any suggestions? Please!
