In the last few days, my computer has been acting very fishy to say the least, random shut downs, webpage problems, and even a BSOD. Right as these issues started, I realized that one of my RAM sticks (which is RGB controlled) was sporadically strobing and half of my ram was hardware reserved. I have since fixed the hardware reserve issue as well as the lighting, but not webpage and app issues. I ran memtest86 for 4 hours and ended up with a total of 2 passes and nearly 9000 errors. Is that a high enough error coutnt to denounce the issue I have as a RAM issue, or should I wait to test the sticks and memtest on another motherboard?

Been testing for a few days now, issues are hard to pinpoint. I'm going to be testing my sticks at a friend's house soon to prove that it's my ram.
P.S. I'm not mixing ram, I got a 16gb pack when I first got my system and I didn't get anything else.
