Hi All,
My external hard drive fell down from my hand and it was not working fine and I did a format. Now the hard disk is empty and I am trying to copy my files from laptop. I am able to upload files like PDF, Word, Excel up to 10-20mb, but unable to copy audio/video files more than 10mb.
