I dropped my pair of Gen 1 Astro A50's today, and the right earcup now makes a crackling sound whenever moved, and produces lower quality / quieter audio than the right earcup, making it quite irritating to use. Could anyone possibly tell me what had happened, and if I could go into the headset and fix it myself?
