My GPU Stopped Working!

last night i was playing fifa 14 and sudenly the screen went black ,i didnot known what happened .i tried removing it and install it but nothing happens,when i put the vga port to motherboard it worked,i took my gpu to one of a nearest store ..they said 1 part of gpu is blown.. they said to take it to service centre..but i have no idea they will repair it or not..and it is also under warrenty..alsou can see in the pic that in corner that part is damaged....can you tell what to do?and how will they cost?

Zebronics is not at all a good brand for a PSU.
Even if you change the capacitor there will still be tons of problems with this PSU.
I would suggest you to go with Corsair PSU VS 450. It is not that costly.

This is very difficult to say as it just could have been the capacitor failing OR it could have been something else that caused the capacitor to fail.
