Gigabyte Aorus x470 ultra gaming peripherals stay powered on after shutdown

So i recently built a pc for my friend but what we noticed that the usb ports stayed powered on and his headset and mouse led stayed on. I tried a bios update and other things in the bios but it didnt do anything

Probably just a consequence of "Always on" feature many MBs have lately, meant to allow charging phones, rechargeable mice and keyboards etc. to recharge batteries while computer is off. There may be some setting in the BIOS to control that.

I tried that but it didn't uave any effect. I just want to know which setting i have to change
