Does the Gigabyte B360M-D3H have updates for spectre(or does it even need updates)?

I plan to buy the Gigabyte B360M-D3H I saw the latest bios version on the official store but I dont know if the latest bios version that updates the cpu microcode also updates the motherboard againts spectre.
on a sidenote I plan to use the i5-8400 with it.

It's possible that the motherboard is new enough that the BIOS contained any required microcode updates from the beginning, which would explain why none of the BIOS versions listed on the site mention the security update.

One way or another, I think it's safe to assume it has the microcode update. That board is way too new for Gigabyte to be neglecting to update it with high profile security updates like that.
