Hello everyone i have this "Samsung EVO 970 M.2 NVME SSD" on my Asus Strix E Gaming Z370 board on top stop near the CPU i have installed the ssd and i have noticed that ssd temp is 50+'C?? is that normal? i have pretty good airflow in my case all components are in normal temp only this SSD is heating up?
what if i install in bottom where that heatsing is does it makes any difference?

I have a 128GB M.2 SSD that usually runs 55-65C in my PC. It is normal for M.2's to get hot. You can always look into heat spreaders for them which can help but either way it has to be hotter than that before it starts to slow down and thermal throttle itself.
