So i just bought a new Nvidia GTX 1060, plugged it and following the procedures. When i'm turning on my computer again i get this dark blue screen and no response at all. Have tried with both HDMI and VGA. Anybody know what this might be? The integrated GPU does not work so i can't do anything at all with the new GPU plugged in.

This is my system:
Cooler Master GX Lite 500W PSU
Intel® Core i7-4770 Processor
MSI B85M-G43, Socket-1150
Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA

Solution
How did you try VGA? Pascal GPUs typically don't have a VGA port or support for analog displays even through DVI-VGA adapters. (You need an active adapter to make that work)

HDMI -> HDMI should have worked though. DVI -> HDMI is questionable, depends on the exact model.

Hi, make sure you have the 6-pin connected to your GPU. Also, don't use any cable adapters. Connect it directly to your monitor or TV. Also, update your Nvidia drivers to the latest version if you haven't done so. Older ones are incompatible.

If they don't fix it, test your GPU on another pc to make sure it's working.
