Hello guys and thank you so much for reading this.

Before reinstalling windows 7 I had C, D and E partitions but after I reinstalled windows 7 clean I formatted E so I can increase C as it was when I first installed it but I didn't touch D at all.
The thing is before I reinstalled windows, it was fine but after the reinstallation I see D as a CD/DVD out of nowhere! I think I must have caused it with the reinstallation because before that it was fine.

If you know anything please help me I would really appreciate it.:)

Solution
You can change the drive letters. Go into Disk management, click on the drive, and then add/change drive letter. You will have to make the DVD something else first then change that partition back to D.

Well I managed to fix it all I had to do was take a break from stressing for a couple hours and then I suddenly went into Computer Management and saw there was another 100MB drive all I had to do is make the CD/DVD another letter and the 100MB drive D. How no letter was assigned to it though I don't know.:-O
