System has config.--
Mobo - msi 990fx gd65.
Cpu- fx8350 mounted with Hyper 212 evo cooler.
Ram- Corsair 2*8gb (2133 mhz oc & default 1333 mhz).
Smps- Corsair GS 600.
Gpu- zotac 1050ti 4gb.

So i need help for overclocking only cpu which consumed high power usage in this mobo. Even if i set everything auto in bios settings, the cpu consumed 1.42v~1.44v showing in cpuz. Even If I set mobo into eco mode in bios then also cpu voltage triggered to above value in normal usage but in idle mode value become ~0.9v.
So what should be the best settings for cpu in lower power usage but remains base clock to 4ghz ~ 4.2ghz

Mobo power saving settings are :
Core C6 State, C1E support, cpu phase control.

Overclocking settings are:
Oc genie lite, cpu core control, amd turbo core tech., Amd cool n quiet, HPC mode.

Solution
OC means going over factory settings and that also means higher voltages to regain stability. You could try setting voltage to 1.4v or less manually but then it wouldn't be less at any time.
