Does anybody know what HDD is actually inside a Seagate STEB6000403 6 TB Expansion drive?

i bought these on a sale on Prime day but i can't seem to find a way to find out what HDD do i have inside?

Any of you can find any info or any of you actually opened the case?

oh, i should add that i tried a few things like Device manager, all i can see is:

Seagate Expansion Desk SCSI Disk Device (connects via USB 3.0)

You could go into Device manger, locate the drive, Right click>Properties and then look into it's Hardware IDs. It might reveal the drive used in the storage device. If you're outside of warranty, why not just open it up? To add, what would you need of the drive? Backing up data from it?

I tried the device manager way and the only info i could find is this: Seagate Expansion Desk SCSI Disk Device. Under details tab i don't have a Hardware IDs option (i can see it for other drives: HDD and SSD).

I'm not outside of the warranty, just bought it this week. I'm considering opening it and use it as a HDD instead of an external drive because new 6TB Seagate drives i can find are around 150. . I paid 89.99 (down from 139.99) for this one.
