I just want to know if it's ok to use different ram brands? i have ddr4 crucial ballistix sport 4gb ram 2400 and i would like to add another 4gb ram it is okay to use another brand but both of specs?

RAM's always a bit of a gamble, which is why you see them sold in 2x4 or 2x8 "kits." Those pairs are tested together and even RAM of the same model can occasionally not get along. Match the RAM as closely as you can to increase your chances that your new stick gets along with your old stick as there's no guarantee.
