Can my PC run mafia 3 on a playable FPS?

I have a GT 710, Xeon X5460 and 16gb ram. I know this isn't the best setup for games, but since it could run some of the newer titles on 720p 30-60fps I was wondering if everything would be set to low @ 720p could it reach 30FPS?

The minimum requirements for Mafia 3 are: i5-2500k, 6gb memory, GTX 660

You at least meet the minimum requirements for memory.
An i5-2500k outperforms an X5460 by about 20 - 30%. A GTX 660 considerably outperforms a 710.

The game will run. It's hard to say if it'll get 30fps on lowest settings @ 720p though.

I was planning on upgrading it but the problem for me is most things here would be sold at a higher price than in the US, so if I wanted to get a 2GB GTX1050 I'd have to pay at least 220 USD so I guess I'm gonna be using this card for some time. But either way thanks.
