NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6gb
and
Intel Core i5-8600K
With a Corsair Liquid Cooler
ROG z370-E Gaming Motherboard

Problem: I was messing around with overclocking my already overclocked PC to see if I can boost it even more than I had already and I don't know what I did wrong but all of my games would crash because CPU and GPU would reach 100% usage and crash so I undid all my over overclocking. Now my CPU & GPU have higher temps In-game, along with both of them having Way higher Loads. In-game the CPU temp was around 50-71 (71 being a rare max) while the GPU used to be 60-74 (74 also being a rare max).

In Rainbow six siege my CPU usage would be around 15% and my GPU would be around 60%-70%.

Now CPU is 100% usage and GPU is 97%. Temps for the GPU and CPU now stay in the 70's and reach 80 like its normal which is scary because I like to have my temps reaching a rare 75 if struggling. When I try launching PUBG now it just crashes

I built this PC last month and had no problems ever when overclocking this. Please help so I know what I did wrong so I can understand how to fix it.
If you have questions about anything I have said so far I will be more than happy to Clarify.

Reset your bios. Flash the newest MB firmware (watch youtube if you don't know how). Gaming motherboards get regular updates that fix instability issues.

Now, overclocking CPU shouldn't affect your GPU. How did you do your previous overclock? and do you have extra fans installed on your case?

Also, posting a pic of your processes and performance tab from task manager would be helpful?

I had to take the picture on my phone because snipping tool was being annoying.
also I didn't flash my bios because im worried about the power outage thing.
