Hello experts.

Recently im having problems with my newly built pc. Whenever i play gpu intensive games like Gta V, the game would crash and windows would give me this error saying "Application gtav.exe has been stopped accessing hardware" and another message saying "Display driver has stopped working and is recovered successfully".

First i thought something maybe wrong with the game itself so i had to re-install it again and guess what, after waiting for half a day, it still didnt fixed.

I have built this pc recently, and its 1 month only since i had set it up. Sometimes in games like even "CSGO", during an intensive match, my screen would froze, everything would froze except background noise. (same with gta v though, everything would froze except the audio).
In games like counter strike, i have to press windows key to switch to my desktop and then come back to the game to fix it.

I dont think temperatures are causing the issues, since its a newly built pc and everything is fine and fresh, still its becoming a pain in my ass to why this wont go away.

Things I have tried but still wont work:
-Uninstalling and re-installing the drivers.
-Uninstalling and re-installing the compatible and lower drivers for my pc.
-Using command prompt to run "sfc scan" hasent worked either.
-running "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" in cmd hasent worked either.
-Uninstalling the display drivers completely and using clean driver installation.
-downclocking my card's clock speed a little bit but still nope.

Please, if u are specific with the problem, please let me know the solution, im very upset by this problem since i have worked my ass of for this decent pc and it isnt working how i want it to.

Solution
Well it seems the issue is specific to your gpu driver crashing for some reason. Since you've tried clean installs of multiple driver versions the only other thing that comes to mind is its not getting sufficient juice. I know they recommend around 300w for a gt 730 but what are the specifics of your psu? Brand and model?
