Push / Pull CPU cooler help

Hi, I'm going to be using a H150i pro CPU cooler, it's going to be placed at the front of my case. Is the best way to keep my chassis fans pushing air through the front onto the radiator and then fans that come with the radiator pulling air through into the case? Is there a better setup I should be using?

Solution
Here is my setup with H150i PRO

Basicallly - I put radiator in front push/pull, then rest of my fans are all exhaust. Reasoning is that I run 5.1GHz OC and CPU is the thing that heats the most, so I want outside air to hit it first, while 1080Ti I have runs at ok temps and is supposed to be warm anyway.

3 exhaust fans - 1 back, 2 top drawing hot air from inside the case.

Side note - I based this setup on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNAMxZgvves

That video seemed to be confirmed by another one who also tested such setup, seems like it's the way to go.

What is the make and model of your case? If your case is akin to the NZXT S340 whereby the only placement is the front, then that's the logical placement area and airflow path. If you've got a larger case with more offset fan/radiator placements then they could go on the top. Again, this is all based without knowledge of your case's make and model.

This is the method I would choose.

The make is Phanteks Evolv, would you also recommend having chassis fans pulling air in and the cooler fans pulling air in on the other side too?

I only have 1 fan exhausting at the back back, then I'll have 2 front chassis fans pushing air into the case (onto the radiator) and then 3 mag lev fans on the other side of the radiator pulling more air in further into the case. Do you think this is ok?

I have the same setup in terms of the H150i though in a different case the Cooler Master H500P Mesh. Mine is setup at the top in push/pull as I removed the see through top plastic panel and covered in mesh so the air is being pushed out of the top!.

If you are going full push pull, then go 3 pushing air in and 3 pulling air in..The 3 front side fans pushing, the 3 rear side fans on H150i pulling..I have found that the fan speeds can be kept really low and the temps are great..

With regards to the other fans, 1 rear fan exhausting and one top fan exhausting should do the trick...Just to be clear, push pull is not required as the H150i does really well with just the three fans pushing air over the radiator..

Thanks or the response. Unfortunately I can't put it ontop because my case has really bad ventilation at the top so I have to keep the mag lev fans that came with the cooler pulling air over the radiator and the chassis fans to push air over radiator.
