Well as the title indicates I have bought a THERMALTAKE CLP0600 CONTAC 21 cpu cooler and I want to mount it on a Hp 8300 CMT.
Long story short it does not fit because the LGA 1155 from Hp is 75mm x 100mm x 75mm x100mm in addition to the standard 75mm x 75mm x 75mm x75mm from Intel, funny isn't it? (it isn't).
I came up with the idea stated on the title the question is will it work?
I have been searching for over 6 hours but I can't find any results (I wans't surpised to tell you the truth).
This is not a joke guys (I know you will see it as one but no I am serious).
Swapping the entire system is not option to a standard ATX Case so that's out
